An Advertisement Pack for sports bar, EL Barrio
About El Barrio
El Barrio is a sports bar/restaurant with an emphasis on Mexican food located in downtown Oakland. It is a place where the community can come together to watch a game, as well as sharing food and drinks together.
Project Goal
To put together flyers that showcase the different kind of events that El Barrio has to offer, as well as flyers to show what games that will be playing. These flyers are updated weekly by me as I am also in charge of making updates with what times are playing, as well as changing host names and dates for the different events.

About the Artist
Jaeya is a singer/rapper from the San Francisco Bay Area. Her music has emphasis on traditional Hip Hop culture, as well as expressions of her roots as a Filipino/a/x American.
Project Goal
To create a logo with Jaeya’s initials with elements that showcases Filipino identity. Jaeya requested for me to incorporate a flower called the “Sampaguita”, the national flower of the Philippines, as well as incorporating Her name written in Baybayin, which is one of the traditional writing system in the Philippines as well.

Logo Design for an Indigenous Filipino American Cultural Event
About the Event
The “Grand Canao” is celebration event where the “Igorot Tribes” of the Philippines where people gather together to reunite and to connect other fellow Igorot Filipino Americans. Canao in the Igorot Filipino culture means celebration which consists of cultural dances, playing instruments, and lots of food.
Project Goal
The goal was to create a logo for the event which is hosted by the organization, “BIBAK Northern California” the client wanted to rice terraces of the Philippines in the logo to represent the Igorot Tribes. After feedback, they requested for me to add the Golden Gate Bridge to represent the NorCal Chapter of the organization.

About the Business
Syndicate Training System is personal training business led by a client, Chris Aquino who’s driven to provide support for people who are trying to reach their fitness goals, whether it will be weight loss, muscle gain, endurance training, etc.
Project Goal
To provide Chris logo, emphasizing the acronym “STS” along with the business title spelled out. The approach is simplicity, legibility, and functionality
